Describe a picture

In that image can you see the principal square of the city where I was born and where I lived untill I had seven years old, Palencia in Castilla and Lion. At the frontground of the picture can you see a religious monument with a statue of Jesus made of copper. At the background can you see the pink tonwhall with a lot of big windows and with a balcony. On top can you see the clock of the tonw hall and in the balcony can you see four flags: the spanish flag, the Palencia's flag, the Castilla and Lion flag and the european flag. Also If you see at the right can you see a streetlight.
